1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged or leaking bottles/cans at the time of delivery
- Incorrect product delivered
- Quality issues (odor, taste, or contamination concerns)
⚠️ Issues must be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receiving the order.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Product has been fully or significantly consumed
- Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling
- Delay in reporting beyond 24 hours
3. Refund & Replacement
- Eligible products will be replaced at no extra cost, or
- A full/partial refund will be processed based on the issue
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days
