Refund and Returns Policy

At Decency Water, we are committed to delivering safe, high-quality drinking water. If you face any issues with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or leaking bottles/cans at the time of delivery
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Quality issues (odor, taste, or contamination concerns)

⚠️ Issues must be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receiving the order.


2. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product has been fully or significantly consumed
  • Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling
  • Delay in reporting beyond 24 hours

3. Refund & Replacement

  • Eligible products will be replaced at no extra cost, or
  • A full/partial refund will be processed based on the issue
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days

4. Return Process

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
  • Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible
