Refund policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service purchased through the Platform.

  1. Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 2 days of placing the order.
  2. Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been shipped or is out for delivery. In such cases, you may reject the product at the doorstep.
  3. Decency Water does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers or eatables. However, refunds/replacements may be provided if the product quality is unsatisfactory.
  4. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt.
  5. If the product received differs from what was shown on the site, notify customer service within 2 days.
  6. Warranty-related complaints should be directed to the manufacturer.
  7. Approved refunds will be processed within 4 days.
