- Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 2 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been shipped or is out for delivery. In such cases, you may reject the product at the doorstep.
- Decency Water does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers or eatables. However, refunds/replacements may be provided if the product quality is unsatisfactory.
