Decency Water currently delivers across Agartala and selected nearby areas. Delivery availability may vary depending on location.

Delivery Charges

A flat platform fee may apply per order and will be clearly shown during checkout before payment.
There are no hidden charges.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered on the same day or within a few hours of confirmation, subject to product availability, weather conditions, traffic, and order volume.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary.
Order Confirmation
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or order confirmation in the case of Cash on Delivery (where available).
Customers will receive order updates via WhatsApp, SMS, phone call, or email.
20L Jar Exchange
For 20L jar orders, customers are requested to keep empty jars ready at the time of delivery.
The delivery executive will collect the corresponding empty jars during the exchange process.
New customers or customers requesting additional jars may be required to pay a refundable security deposit.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
Incorrect address
Customer unavailable
Refusal to accept delivery
our team may contact the customer to arrange redelivery.
Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
Delivery Verification
Customers may be asked to verify receipt of their order at the time of delivery.
Ownership and responsibility for products transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.
